The collaboration begins
GrowBe co-founders John and Pete met in 2015, when John joined the leadership team at Pete’s fast-growing, international digital agency business.
Fast growth in a small business
With John’s background leading high-growth programs at large companies such as LastMinute.com, New Look and The Prudential, and Pete’s expertise in early stage growth and digital innovation, they worked together to develop the agency’s strategy, culture, sales, operations, and finance.
Successful exit
Their collaboration resulted in a successful exit – and a committed purpose to continue to support entrepreneurship together by helping small businesses grow.

The duo set out to give other small business owners what they knew was needed: professional services rooted in strategy that are accessible, affordable, and coordinated.
